Dr. Wahlstrom is an experienced and motivational public speaker. He has spoken in numerous events and conferences. For example, he spoke about conflict management at Community Associations Institute expo recently, and presented at International Trade Bureau on performance management. He has also spoken at Rotary Club and Institute of Management Consultants, in addition to numerous other similar organizations. Through 15 years of teaching in higher education, he is accustomed to public speaking.

Management Consulting

Dr. Wahlstrom has assisted numerous organizations since 1992 in Hawaii, California, Colorado, New York, Florida, and Illinois. His consulting areas of interest are strategic management and organizational behavior.

Leadership Coaching

Dr. Wahlstrom wrote his doctoral dissertation in the archetypes of leadership, and established his own leadership coaching model grounded in analytical psychology and modern systems theory. His dissertation has been published and sold as a book internationally since 1997.

Career Counseling

Over a decade of psychotherapy experience and 15 years of teaching human resource management in academia has prepared Dr. Wahlstrom to guide people in career development journeys.

Conflict Mediation

None of us can avoid conflict at work. Conflict can have severe negative consequences if not managed or resolved. Dr. Wahlstrom utilizes his clinical skills and understanding of organizational behavior in the process of managing, resolving, or transforming conflict.
